Winter Training

Time:  6:30pm-8:00pm

All 6 (1.5 Hr):  $300 or Individual:  $60/1.5 hr

Session 1 (Thursdays): 12/5, 12/12, 12/19, 1/2, 1/9, 1/16 @ NH Sportsplex (indoors) (68 Technology Dr., Bedford, NH) 

Session 2 (Thursdays):  1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/20, 3/6 @ NH Sportsplex (Indoors) (68 Technology Dr., Bedford, NH) 

SUMMER Training 

Time:  5:00-6:30pm

All 6 (1.5 Hr):  $300 or Individual:  $60/1.5 hr

Dates: June 11, 18, 25 July 2, 9, 16

Location: Joppa Fields, 160 Joppa Hill Rd., Bedford, NH

Sessions will consist of:
- Heavy focus on teaching, adjusting, and improving faceoff techniques 
- Basic, intermediate, and advanced drill work
- Auxiliary work including ground balls, stick work, and wing play
- Live Repetition with real time video review
- Faceoff Tournaments
